Citric acid: Dogs can eat oranges but both the orange and orange juice have high citric acid levels. So problems like stomach upset can occur in your dog incase of huge orange drink consumption. 

Harmful additives: Fruit juice might have ingredients and added flavorings which are harmful for your dog. Artificial sweeteners like xylitol are toxic for pups and cause serious health issues.
